Internships that ship

Interns build real software. Overseers and marketers help it land.

Fledge Forge pairs each software intern with a project overseer and a marketer. The intern builds and launches their own SaaS product at their own pace, and talks it through with each mentor once a week. No idea yet? Interns can claim one from the idea bank.

How it works

From an idea to a product with paying users

Join by invite, with or without an idea

The admin invites each cohort's interns and mentors. Interns can pitch their own SaaS, or join without one and claim an idea from the idea bank.

Get a team of two

Each intern is paired with a project overseer to help steer the project and a marketer for the customers. Mentors work with several interns at once.

Build, talk, launch

Interns do the work and set their own pace. Once a week they talk it through with each mentor, and the marketer's introductions bring in real customers.

Four roles

Who does what

Everyone signs in to their own page, and what one person does shows up for the rest of their team. For example, a topic an intern adds for their next chat shows up on their overseer's page.
